  • Bespoke training is available for all school staff, including senior managers, middle managers, classroom teachers, NQT's, teaching assistants, HLTA's, Student Support Unit staff, learning mentors, non-classroom based staff, lunchtime supervisors and governors.

    Courses range from 1 hour to 1 day and may be on an individual or larger group basis.

    Content will be designed to suit the individual needs of the school, but usually includes;

    - Learning to behave
    - Emotions and behaviour
    - Behaviour as a whole school issue
    - Strategies for managing behaviour
    - Climate for learning
    - Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning

    There is no cost for this training.  However, schools may need to arrange cover for some staff as well as considering possible overtime costs for twilight or Inset day training for non-teaching staff.
