A 2 hour course for Education Visits Coordinators.  Attendance at one session only is required.

This is a Health and Safety requirement to allow us to move onto the new online system.  It will enable establishments to access their pages on the Evolve Online Notification and Approval system for Educational Visits.

This course will show the Education Visits Coordinator how to access and use the new Evolve Online Educational Visits Notification System.

Details will be given on setting up the EVC and Head's accounts as well as importing establishment staff details, and how to enter details of a visit.

It is anticipated that the Evolve system will become live for all North East Lincolnshire Council establishments from 1st January 2010.  From this date the Education Visits Officer at the LA will no longer accept paper forms (EV01) for visit approval applications.
